Yes, today LeadMachine only supports Google Workspace (aka Gsuite).
Lead Machine currently integrates with Google Workspace only.
Lead Machine needs authorizations to connect your inbox from Google Workspace/Gsuite to the user dashboard. Additionally, access is used for the automated warm up process.
Email warm up is the process of sending emails and gradually increasing them over time prior to the start of a new cold email campaign. This is how a domain builds it's reputation with an Email client like Google. Lead Machine not only sends those emails so you don't have to, but we have automated the entire flow from opening to replying. Emails will also be marked as 'important' and Lead Machine removes any from spam by moving them to the inbox. No manual work from yourself or our team. This allows us to pass a very competitively priced technology package to our customers. The warm up tool itself is free and included with normal subscriptions. One final note, it is important that you redirect the Lead Machine warm up emails to a separate folder from your inbox. This will help keep you inbox tidy. A soft bounce mean the recipient email address was valid and that the email message successfully reached the recipient's mail server. However, common reasons it bounced back include:
- Full mailbox
- Server issues
- Message was too large
Soft bounces are different from hard bounces in that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution for them. But many soft bounces have an easy solution—such as removing a bit of the content from an email that’s too large.
Hard bounces are known as “permanent failures”. In such cases, a message could not be delivered for a permanent (read: unfixable) reason—such as invalid email address or the email server no longer exists. Nothing you can do will change this kind of bounce. Consequently, it is prudent to simply eliminate such email addresses from the contact list.
